• Your BC Marriage Licence – You can purchase one from any authorized Marriage Licence Issuer in British Columbia (such as participating London Drugs, Service BC locations, or other licensed issuers). A licence can be purchased up to 3 months before your wedding date.
• Two witnesses – You’ll need two witnesses, or you can add our witness service if needed.
• Your wedding rings – If you’d like to include a ring exchange during your ceremony.

Absolutely! You’re more than welcome to bring your own licensed Marriage Commissioner, officiant, or pastor to perform your ceremony.

If you choose to use your own officiant, we’re happy to deduct $100 from your ceremony package price. Simply let us know when booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Absolutely! IMROSE is always a pet-friendly venue, and we love welcoming your furry family members to be part of your special day!

Our studio is already beautifully styled. You’re welcome to discuss small personal touches with us, but extensive outside décor is generally unnecessary.

Yes! IMROSE Atelier is located on the ground floor and is fully wheelchair accessible, making it easy for you and your guests to enjoy the celebration comfortably.

Yes! Free parking is available in the plaza, and there is also plenty of free street parking nearby, making it convenient for you and your guests.

Your booking deposit is non-refundable and secures your selected date and time.

If your plans change, we’re happy to reschedule your booking subject to availability. Please email us at [email protected] as early as possible so we can do our best to accommodate your new preferred date.

Yes. If needed, witnesses can be arranged as an optional add-on.

There’s no need to arrive early. Your Marriage Commissioner will arrive at the same time as your scheduled ceremony.

As we don’t have staff on-site throughout the day, we kindly ask that you and your guests arrive at your scheduled appointment time.

After your ceremony, your Marriage Commissioner will complete and submit all of the required legal paperwork to BC Vital Statistics, so there’s nothing else you need to do.

Once your marriage has been registered, your official Marriage Certificate will be mailed to the address you provided when you purchased your marriage licence. Most couples receive it within a few weeks.
