ENCHANTED FOREST BIRTHDAY PARTY

Once upon a time, there lived a beautiful girl named Kyra, she had long, silver hair and was very fashionable. When her eighteenth birthday came about, she wished to celebrate with her closest family and friends in the beautiful Tea House located in the heart of Stanley Park. It was beautiful.

The tall green trees, moss, green ferns, and grass were spilling from the outside in. Inside the Teahouse, our team of florists worked their finest magic at bringing the forest indoors, just for this one night. They created flowers which looked as though they grew from the floor, the ceiling, and around the window ledge. The Princess was pleased.

Her desire for the floral decor to look posh, without looking girly was met by our design team with a suggestion of the Ocean Song Rose – with a pale lavender bloom, the flower holds a feeling of antiquity and maturity, while the purple tone symbolizes royalty and mysteriousness. The Iris, in a see-through grey hue, accompanied the arrangement, alongside – small daisies scattered throughout; and a collection of greenery to commence the deep forest feel consisting of Baby Eucalyptus Plant, Silver Dollar Leaf, Celsia Leaf, and Myrtle.

Our design team created the feeling of flowers blooming from the ground, by building pathways of fresh flowers which led the guests to the celebration table. Above the table, an original construction created for the event held suspended the collection of flowers and greens. The dinner plate of each one of the guests was complete with the Ocean Song Rose, opened with the invitation to join the dinner table. Warm white fairy lights glimmered between the leaves and flower petals though tiny fireflies in the night.

At the end of the night, many guests, under the spell of the beauty, happily plucked a flower on their way out for keepsakes. This was a delight to see, and at that moment we knew that we had succeeded in bringing the forest indoors and the enchantment along with it.
